Items can be lost through https://gitea.arpa.li/ArchiveTeam/backfeed/src/branch/master/main.go#L172-L174 and https://gitea.arpa.li/ArchiveTeam/backfeed/src/branch/master/main.go#L178-L181. This should not happen.

A partial fix is 2f5c6b67ff. This will write items to a backfeed_retry set when an error occurs.

Adding items is retried until they go in correctly with 7c41d8541d.
