#1 Doesn't work anymore

YouTube changed how the live chat works. There’s now a POST request with a 2 kB payload that includes all kind of information about the browser, locale, viewport, etc. It also contains a continuation token, but that doesn’t actually have any effect; or at least repeating the same request returns newer data on the second attempt.
